| Saturday -- Blue skies and smooth sailing (for most) Posted: 25 Apr 2010 01:18 PM PDT Well, it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day. The event managers skipped the lunch break to beat some of the bad weather expected mid-afternoon. I lugged around my rain gear and was happy to do it. A few tidbits... Lauren Kieffer and Snooze Alarm get accolades for their smooth, competent performance. The announcer just gushed over them, and they richly deserved every word. Is this not just a super little horse? And Ian Roberts and Napalm cruised around rather casually -- Napalm whacked every fence I saw him jump and Ian hooted and laughed over this fence...  |
