The Latest and Greatest from our friends at Used Dogs Posted: 27 Nov 2010 06:03 AM PST Used Dogs had a GREAT Halloween!! They participated in the BAD TO THE BONE, Rescued on the Runway Halloween Doggie fashion show. It’s a really fun event here in New Orleans, put on by Petcetera. It was SO MUCH FUN! For the event dogs went as dragonflies. The newest USED DOG is Daisy. She is super sweet lab mix She was found on the street a ragged mess. She was quite thin and was obviously recovering from nursing a lot of pups. She is doing a lot better now. They have already gotten her spayed and all of her shots. She is ready to go!! But she is full of joie de vivre and loves to play games with her foster human! Used Dogs is also getting ready to do 2 heartworm treatments and one of their dogs ( Dimitri) has a cranial cruciate ligament tear. A lot of vet expenses. Used Dogs is going to do 2 Holiday Adoption events right after Thanksgiving.
