I. just. don't. get. it. Posted: 02 Mar 2011 12:04 PM PST Who would do this to a broom? Who would put it in a muck bucket upside down. Even wearing glove I don't want to grab a broom handle that's been sitting in  a muck bucket. Someone give me a rationale for this behavior. Please.
